1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
• Prices are listed per vehicle and may vary based on package selection.
• A valid driver’s license is required for all drivers.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
• Adrenaline Junkies reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Safety & Conduct

• Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by guides.
• Reckless or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
• Minimum driving age is 21 years old.

4. Liability

• Adrenaline Junkies is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or damages that occur during tours. Participants assume all risks associated with adventure activities.
• By participating, you agree to release Adrenaline Junkies and its employees from any claims related to the activities.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Adrenaline Junkies and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada.
